We collect account and contact details, enrolment and assessment records, certificate information, support messages, and limited payment metadata. Card details are processed securely by our payment provider and are not stored by the Academy.
Why we hold it
We use personal data to provide course access, assess progress, issue and verify certificates, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations, and improve the service. Optional advertising and analytics measurement is used only after consent.
Your rights

Retention
We retain account, purchase, assessment and certificate records only for as long as needed to provide the service, verify awards, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics retention is controlled by the relevant provider settings.
