Refund Policy — No Refunds
All sales are final. Once access is granted, refunds cannot be offered.
1. Digital Course Access Is Delivered Immediately
All courses provided by Bodywork & Tantra Academy are digital products. Once a student purchases a course, they receive instant access to training materials, manuals, assessments, and certification pathways. Because the full value of the course is delivered at the moment of purchase, refunds cannot be offered.
2. Protection of Intellectual Property
Our courses contain proprietary training methods and protected educational materials. Once access is granted, the student can view, download, or store these materials. To protect the Academy from misuse, copying, or redistribution, refunds are not permitted under any circumstances, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
3. Accreditation & Certification Integrity
The Academy operates its own private VTEC training and certification framework. VTEC is separate from QQI and its certificates are not NFQ awards or professional licences. To maintain the integrity of our certification process, we cannot allow refunds after a student has accessed course content or the assessment system, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
4. Fairness & Consistency for All Students
To ensure equal treatment for all learners, the Academy applies a strict and universal no-refund policy. This prevents disputes, protects instructors and assessors, and maintains a stable and fair learning environment.
5. Technical Access Responsibility
Our courses are accessible on all standard devices. The Academy is not responsible for: • device issues • internet problems • login errors caused by the student • inability to complete the course These situations do not qualify for refunds.
6. No Refunds for Change of Mind or Personal Circumstances
Refunds are not provided for: • change of mind • personal schedule conflicts • dissatisfaction with course difficulty • failure to complete the course • misunderstanding of accreditation • disagreement with course content • inability to meet assessment standards Once access is granted, all sales are final.
7. Legal Protection & Misuse Prevention
This policy protects the Academy from: • fraudulent refund attempts • misuse of tantra or bodywork techniques • inappropriate behaviour • attempts to obtain certification without completing assessments • accessing course content without payment Any breach of Academy rules results in removal without refund.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any course, the student confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this No-Refund Policy and all Academy Terms & Conditions.
